The Theatre Guild, founded in 1966, is a thriving 501(c)3 organization dedicated to enriching the community through the magic of theater. Our mission is to develop, promote, and foster the expertise, fellowship, and enjoyment of the theatrical experience, not only for our members but also for the entire Laguna Woods community.

Charitable Contributions: The Theatre Guild is committed to giving back. Our efforts include awarding scholarships to local high school drama students, providing support to families in need, and donating to various outreach projects within the Village. Membership: The Guild is comprised of individuals from all walks of life who share a common passion for theatre. Whether you’re interested in acting, directing, producing, or working behind the scenes, there is a place for you here. No prior experience? No problem! We offer coaching and classes for newcomers eager to learn and participate.
Community Theater Excellence: At its core, the Theatre Guild is about community theater at its best, providing engaging and popular performances tailored to the senior residents of Laguna Woods. It’s an excellent opportunity for fun, creativity, and connection.

Regular Meetings and Events
Schedule:
- We host 8-10 diverse programs and events each year, typically on the third Thursday of the month. Many of these events are free to members, with a $10.00 charge for guests.

- Doors open at 6:30 pm, and meetings start at 7:00 pm.
