Martha, a Laguna Woods resident and proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), invites the community to join in honoring our veterans through the Wreaths Across America program. This national initiative places beautiful, commemorative wreaths on the headstones of deceased military veterans across the country as a heartfelt tribute to their service.
Wreaths Across America offers a meaningful way for residents to participate in recognizing and honoring those who served, including the many veterans who call Laguna Woods home. Donations can be made through the DAR to help provide wreaths, and volunteers are welcome to take part in the wreath-laying ceremonies across local cemeteries.
