Bill Ring is this week’s Laguna Woods Club Member Spotlight! Bill has been making a significant impact on our local music scene with the formation of his new band, the Rhythm Rebels. After a successful career as a drummer and vocalist with numerous original artists, Bill envisioned a band that would bring the soulful rhythms and energy of old school soul and R&B dance music to life. And he has done just that.
THE JOURNEY TO RHYTHM REBELS
The creation of the Rhythm Rebels is a testament to Bill’s determination and passion. Nearly two years of hard work, filled with both progress and setbacks, have culminated in the birth of this vibrant Orange County-based band. The Rhythm Rebels recently made their debut in the Village, performing in front of hundreds of enthusiastic attendees. Their performance was so electrifying that social media buzzed with rave reviews, such as “Wow! What a band!”, “Loved your performance”, and “Let us know when you will be back!”
