Who: Kim's Line Dance Club

Encourages learning dance as a way to improve health and fitness. Seniors can come to class to strengthen their bones and muscles, to improve their posture, balance and flexibility. Many also come to prevent illnesses such as heart disease, osteoporosis, as well as to reduce the risk of dementia as shown in a report published by the New England Journal of Medicine.

Who: Reform Temple of Laguna Woods

This is a monthly support group following the traditions of Judaism. This group is designed for those who have undergone a loss of a loved one and are going through the grieving process. Attendees will offer and receive support through the common shared issues of the bereavement journey. This group is open to anyone interested in the Jewish perspective on Grieving.
